Best for

People curious about Pyre's play-or-settle payment idea who are happy to hand over an email address and receive marketing from Sophon Labs products.

Pyre isn't open yet. It is a waitlist for an app from Sophon Labs, part of the Sophon blockchain ecosystem, that promises to turn every payment into a game: each transaction opens a bill you can play or let settle. Joining takes a minute, costs nothing and earns you sparks, a points score that the Sophon terms say carries no promise of any token, airdrop or future value. Join through code e2rnpx6 if you want an early look. Skip it if you want a reward you can count, and when Pyre launches, read how playing a bill works before you play one, because Pyre hasn't published the rules.

Pros

  • Free to join: an email address, a tick box and a captcha
  • Our link attaches code e2rnpx6 automatically
  • A short mini-game, not a long form, gets you on the list
  • Pyre says it will email you when the app goes live
  • No deposit, card details or identity documents needed for the waitlist
  • Marketing emails can be switched off with the unsubscribe link

Watch-outs

  • No app, card or money product yet, and no launch date
  • Sparks are points with no promised value, token or airdrop
  • Joining signs you up to marketing from all Sophon Labs products
  • Pyre hasn't said how playing a bill works, what it can cost or what the odds are
  • No regulatory status, partners or country list published for the money app
  • Easy to confuse with Pyra (pyra.fi), a different product

What Pyre is

Pyre is a money app that hasn't launched. Its site sums it up as "your money, gamified": every transaction opens a bill, and you can either play it or let it settle normally. For now the site is a waitlist; on 24 October 2026 there was no Pyre app in the App Store or on Google Play, so there are no ratings or user reviews to read, and Pyre says it will email you when it goes live.

What playing a bill means in practice, whether it can change what you pay, and where the app will hold your money are not described anywhere public yet. Judge Pyre on what launches, not on the slogan.

Who is behind it

The site footer says Pyre is a product from Sophon Labs, and its terms of use and privacy policy, both last updated on 10 October 2025, are the Sophon Foundation's. The Sophon Foundation is a Cayman Islands foundation whose terms cover every Sophon product, and Sophon runs its own blockchain, the Sophon network.

Pyre's terms state that it is not a bank. Sophon's terms describe its products as interfaces to information and smart contracts rather than a wallet, exchange or broker, and say Sophon never takes custody of users' crypto. A money app that handles card payments will need its own terms, partners and identity checks; Pyre hasn't published any of them.

What joining gives you

A place on the waitlist and a sparks score. No cash, token, card or early-access date comes with the code, and no deposit or spending is needed.

Sophon's terms deal with points directly: they may be shown based on your activity, but they don't promise any future benefit, token or airdrop, and Sophon has no obligation to convert, redeem or assign value to them, now or later. So sparks are a score, not a balance, and nothing about them is worth paying for.

What joining Pyre gives you, and what it doesn't. You get: a waitlist spot once you confirm your email, a sparks score from the mini-game, your own referral link and an email when Pyre launches. You don't get: cash, a token or airdrop, a card, a launch date or any promised value for sparks. Joining also agrees to marketing from all Sophon Labs products.

How the waitlist works

Open our link and tap Play for early access. A short countdown starts a mini-game in which you grab as many sparks as you can, and your score becomes your sparks. You then enter your email address, tick the box agreeing to Pyre's terms and privacy policy and to marketing, and complete a Cloudflare captcha.

Pyre then emails a confirmation link, and your spot is locked only once you tap it. The confirmation page gives you your own referral link. Our code travels with the link and is saved in your browser, so finish signing up on the same device and browser where you opened it.

How to join the Pyre waitlist: open our link with code e2rnpx6; tap Play for early access and grab sparks in the mini-game; enter your email, tick the terms and marketing box and pass the captcha; tap the confirmation link in your inbox to lock your spot; Pyre emails you at launch. Finish in the same browser so the code stays attached.

What you agree to

The tick box covers Pyre's terms and privacy policy and marketing communications from all Sophon Labs products, current and future, not only Pyre. Sophon's privacy policy lets you opt out of marketing with the unsubscribe link in any email, and ask for your data to be corrected or deleted.

The same policy says Sophon tracks whether you open its marketing emails and click their links, and the site runs analytics. For a waitlist, an address you keep for sign-ups is enough.

Playing a bill: the part to read carefully

The pitch is that you can play a payment instead of simply paying it. If playing a bill can change how much you pay, up or down, it is a game of chance attached to your spending, and the odds, the cost of losing and any age or country limits matter more than the fun of it.

None of that is published yet. When Pyre launches, read how a played bill is settled, what the worst outcome costs and whether the feature is licensed where you live before you play anything, and don't play a bill unless you are comfortable with its worst outcome.

Who can join

Sophon's terms let anyone aged 13 or over use its products for personal use, provided they aren't sanctioned and don't live somewhere under comprehensive US, UK or EU sanctions. That covers the waitlist; the money app will set its own age, identity and country rules when it launches.

Pyre hasn't said which countries the app will launch in, so a waitlist spot doesn't mean the app will be available where you live.

Pyre or Pyra?

Pyre at getpyre.com, from Sophon Labs, is not Pyra at pyra.fi, a different product with a similar name. Our link goes to getpyre.com with code e2rnpx6 attached; check the address before you enter your email.

Pyre's own social account is @paywithpyre on X, linked from its confirmation page.

Our code and what we receive

e2rnpx6 is our own referral code. Pyre's confirmation page says everyone who joins through a referral link earns the referrer 50 sparks, so we receive 50 sparks when you join through ours. Like yours, our sparks carry no promised value.

Pyre doesn't say whether referrals move anyone up the queue or what sparks will be used for, so don't share your own link expecting anything in return.

Who should join, and who should skip it

Join if you're curious about gamified payments and don't mind Sophon marketing: it takes a minute through our link, costs nothing and you can unsubscribe later.

Skip it if you're after a reward with real value, if you don't want another marketing list, or if gambling-style features are a problem for you. Nothing about the waitlist is worth a purchase, and there is nothing to deposit yet.
